Brandon Lodge #238 Continues Supporting their Community!

 

Brandon Lodge #2383 has partnered and supported Brandon High School for many years.   Many of the Elks, their children, and grandchildren have attended Brandon High School.  The high school has a Community School Pantry to assist students in need. 

 

The Elks National Foundation awarded Brandon Lodge a $4,000 Gratitude Grant.  This money was used to purchase food for the school community store.

The Brandon Elks Lodge provided an additional $700 for personal hygiene items not specified in the Gratitude Grant.  Over a period of two weeks the items were purchased and delivered.

Three Elks members, led by Robin Rutzke  (Exalted Ruler), and schoolteachers and students led by Lauren Leto (Community School Resource Teacher), assisted in the purchase and delivery of the items to the school community pantry.
